Meet the TORNADO Series S, an innovative separation unit designed to process various waste streams efficiently and flexibly. Whether it's construction and demolition waste, glass, industrial residue or street sweepings, the Tornado provides a clever and powerful solution.
The Tornado is available in two configurations, on a fixed SKID frame or as a hooklift container (HLS). This makes it easy to move between job sites and to integrate into both new and existing installations.
What makes the Tornado stand out is how it separates materials. A smart distributor ensures a consistent flow of input material, while a vibrating stratifier with sinusoidal motion prepares the waste for separation. A roller drive removes light, elongated materials, and several conveyor belts handle the extraction of both clean and light fractions.
For added convenience, there's an optional telescopic feeding belt that extends during operation and folds away during transport. An integrated dust suppression system keeps the working environment clean and safe.
