Tyrone PS-33 – 27-tonne payload low-loader Tyrone PS-33 is a heavy-duty, well-equipped tri-axle low-loader built in Northern Ireland. The PS-33 is a Finnish-spec version of Tyrone’s 33-tonne low-loader, configured by Contrans for demanding Nordic conditions and professional transport of excavators and other heavy machinery. Equipment includes hydraulic front axle lift, height-adjustable and swivelling towing eye, hydraulic and air brakes, telescopic platform extensions and long, solid hydraulic loading ramps. The platform is built with full-length 50 mm pressure-treated deck planks. A steel plate at the rear of the platform provides a durable area for the excavator bucket. Reinforced parabolic suspension, heavy-duty axles and wider tyres make the PS-33 well suited for continuous contracting work.
