We are a family business that draws its innovation from the long-standing tradition of ribbon and later metal industry. The name Košček derives from the domestic house name of our grandparents at the Great Osolnik. Old Father Stanislav, already in the turbulent times after the Second World War, established himself as a great carpenter. Due to his hands and clear heads, he was an example to his and all subsequent generations. Košček was founded in 1992 by his daughter Stanka and her husband, Boris Žnidaršič. Boris, with his metal skills and years of experience in the marketing world, set the company's healthy foundations in the 1990s, while Stanka, with a rich knowledge of international trade, turned to the import of construction machinery and agricultural machinery. The company soon grew its home garage and eventually stabilized in the ownership premises in the center of Ribnica, which after 2000 gained a new outward appearance. With the development of digitization, the company ranks among the leaders in the field of implementing marketing ideas in Slovenia. The young generation in the company has recently been following ecological trends and using natural materials as much as possible. For commercial machines and fork-lift trucks, it is increasingly devoted to electric vehicles, and the company can boast of its own solar power plant. With the development of social networks that created a completely new marketing environment, Košček also entered the market with video production.
